Rosatom’s unit NovaWind, Dutch Lagerwey set up wind power JV

MOSCOW, Nov 30 (PRIME) -- NovaWind, a wind power unit of state-run nuclear power corporation Rosatom, and Dutch wind turbine producer Lagerwey have signed an agreement to establish the RedWind joint venture to provide marketing, sale, turnkey delivery and post-sale support of the turbines, NovaWind said in a statement on Thursday.

“Red Wind will also lead the localization program in Russia, contracting and providing qualification to the suppliers of NovaWind’s productions sites in Volgodonsk. The current production program includes 388 wind turbines to be delivered by Red Wind till 2022,” the statement read.
